The Event Detail pop-up lets you create, edit, or delete events for the Calendar page. After entering or editing content, click Save.

The Event Detail pop-up has two sections: an upper section to enter information about the event and a lower section to select specific activities, courses, competency groups, or homerooms for the event.
Fields marked with a red asterisk are required.
Name of the event. [character/144]
Location of the calendar event.
Event's starting date.
Event's starting time.
Event's ending date.
Event's ending time.
Check to make the event a full-day event. Checking this box removes the Start Time and End Time fields.
Free-text field to let you enter more details about the event.
Check to make the event visible to students/guardians in Home Access Center.
Courses, activities, homerooms, and competency groups that can have the event attached are listed. Enter a check for every class that the event applies to.
Check to select all listed courses. Check again to deselect all courses. You can individually select courses by checking the box on its row.
Period the class meets (if applicable).
Course name. The course number-section also displays for course-sections.
Building name.
Marking periods the class meets (if applicable).
Cycle days the class meets (if applicable).
