Viewing/Saving/Deleting Home Page Reports

When you run a report, the report displays on the Reports Pane of the TAC Home page, but the report file is also saved so you can access the report at a later time.  All report files that you have run will be listed on Reports pane of the Home page until the report files are deleted.

To view reports on the Home page:

  1. Click Hometo display the Home page.
  2. Scroll down to the Reports pane at the bottom of the page.
  3. Click the report name link for the report you want to view.
  4. The report displays in your current browser window. You can use the Adobe Acrobat Reader options to navigate the report.
  5. To return to the Home page, click Home.

To save a report to your computer:

Open a report by clicking the report name link, and use Adobe Acrobat's save feature.

Internet Explorer only: The Internet Explorer browser also supports a right-click save feature that lets you save the report without opening it. To use this feature,

  1. Right-click the report name link.
  2. Select Save Target As... from the menu.
  3. In the Save As window, browse to the directory on your computer where you want to store the report. You may also change the file name.
  4. Click Save.
  5. On the Download Complete window, select Open, select Open Folder, or close the window.

To delete reports:

  1. Select the reports you want to delete:
  2. Click Delete at the bottom of the Reports pane to delete the selected reports.
  3. Click Yes in the Delete confirmation box to finalize deletions.
