from either the Seating Chart or Attendance By Photo page.This drawer holds students in the selected class that are not currently placed in the seating chart. On the Seating Chart page, you can drag and drop photos from or to the Unplaced Students drawer. The number of students in the drawer is listed in parentheses on the Unplaced Students tab. On the Attendance By Photo page, attendance can be entered for students both in the Unplaced Students drawer and on the seating chart. To open the Unplaced Students drawer, click from either the Seating Chart or Attendance By Photo page.
Entering Attendance Using Photos
| Add All Students | Click to move all students from the Unplaced Students drawer to the seating chart. Only displays when drawer is opened on the Seating Chart page. For grid layout, students will only be placed if the grid has a seat to accommodate the student. |
| Close | Click to close the Unplaced Students drawer. |
