Use the Class Roster page to display the list of student enrolled in a class, homeroom, activity, or student competency group. It lists general information for the students enrolled in the class, such as the student's name, ID, grade, gender, homeroom and birth date. You can select to display additional fields, and you can print the list of students. For classes or student competency groups that you can grade in Gradebook, you can also define student aliases. When withdrawn students are displayed, their rows are rendered in red text.
This grid can be sorted by its column headers.

Click to display multiple courses or a single course for classes that meet in the same period. The currently-active selection is highlighted in blue. The Multiple|Single mode selector only displays if the selected period has more than one course. When M (Multiple) is selected, all students are displayed for the course-sections that meet during the time period. Refer to Working with Multiple Classes in a Period for more details |
Change | Click to open the Class List selector which lets you select which courses, activities, or homerooms to display. |

Name of the student. Click on a student's name to open the Student Details drawer.
If there are alerts for the student, the alert icons display in this column.
For more information on alerts, refer to Viewing Student Alerts.
The student's ID number.
The student's grade.
The student's gender.
The student's primary homeroom.
The student's birth date.
The student's course-section for this roster. This field is useful when you are in Multiple mode and you are displaying the class roster for multiple classes that meet in the same scheduling period.
The student's enrollment building.
The student's house/team for scheduling.
The student's preferred nickname.
The name of the student's counselor.
For classes or student competency groups that you can access in Gradebook, use this field to create a customizable sort for the Class Roster or printable Gradebook. You can define alias information for a class or competency so you can print Gradebook or Class Roster information without compromising student privacy.
Click the student's cell to enter an alias order number. Click after entering this information.
To use this sort in the Printable Gradebook, you must select to show the Aliases.
